A Big Decision to Go Into Business

I have been a client of Justin Searle’s for over 25 years now. When I engaged Justin’s accountancy services my wife and I were wage earners to which Justin accommodated our every need.

Several years later I decided to start my own business and I looked to Justin for advice. Now

As life goes on and our priorities change, we’ve needed to make some changes within the business. Naturally we turned to Justin and have engaged him to help us monitor the critical financial parts of our business. As I started to delegate tasks to others, it meant hiring more staff who weren’t directly working on the core business; my concerns were on the financial implications of this decision. I knew business profits would decline and I needed help and support to ensure it wasn’t going to financially impact us too much. We engaged Justin to “watch” the numbers and contact us if they turned bad.

Currently we meet quarterly to discuss the business finances and where I want to head, this quarterly meeting gives me the confidence that my decisions and actions are on track for where my wife and I want to be.
