Executive Assistant

Caroline is Justin’s Executive Assistant her role means she not only looks after Justin but CVA’s CFO Now clients and Marketing. She has been with the company since 2021 and loves her role. She gets to speak with our clients on a regular basis and tries to offer solutions and options for every situation. Caroline delicately manages the balancing act of being the ‘right hand’ as well as the gatekeeper.

Caroline brings experience in managing multiple workloads under pressure, the ability to motivate people, a reputation for forming and maintaining quality client relationships and a strong career commitment.

Caroline has spent the last 25 years as an Executive Assistant in both banking and healthcare and has undertaken study in Marketing. She enjoys working closely with Justin and has a proven talent in aligning business objectives with comprehensive administrative knowledge to achieve maximum operational impacts, conserve time and boost efficiency. Caroline manages all of this with the mindset of a persistent winner.

On the weekends Caroline spends her time with her husband, two sons and bonus daughter.
