We plan our work time but it’s equally as important to plan relaxation time. It’s doesn’t have to be hours or days, start small:-

  • 30 minutes of reading
  • 20 minutes of shutting your eyes
  • or even time to stretch your body

The benefits are enormous but the trick is to schedule this time because if you don’t, it won’t happen. Not only will your mind & body benefit, you’ll also find having something to look forward to can halt the feeling of burnout.
